  • When will my order arrive?
    Your order should arrive within the window you chose however things happen and occasionally we may be a little earlier or later. You will receive a text message when the driver is loading up and should expect you order shortly after. If we're going to be significantly late, we will contact, you.
  • Why is there a convenience fee included in the prices?
    Prices listed include credit card processing/convenience fees which are passed on to the consumer when paying by credit card (much like a "cash or credit" price at the gas station). Please call Ray Wilson Bark Mulch at 978-692-7985 to place an order with an alternative payment method.
  • Where can my delivery be placed and how should it be marked?
    We joke that our drivers can get the truck anywhere you can get a Volkswagen, and its close but not quite. We need sufficient room to maneuver and dump the truck including both sides, front and back as well as ABOVE (frequently forgotten). The spot should be CLEARLY marked with a sign, bucket, cone, wheelbarrow, tarp or anything else that reasonably indicates the spot.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
